The customer service team are great and quick to help resolve any issues. I had a faulty unit (Linkifun? GT7H Android 13 Smart AI Box Wireless), it couldn't connect to Apple Carplay. Even after the engineers sending me different OS updates. Since all the possible solutions couldn't fix the problem, you guys were kind enough to send me a replacement. Just as advertised. I operate this device with only one hand and it works great with no issues. I'm really happy with my purchase. This worked out really well for an older vehicle we have that does not have carplay built in. It connected easily and right away. The settings on the phone were easy to use. Does not drop communication randomly. Small and compact, easy to store in center console when not in use. The design is nice and compact. There is no lag during music streaming which is a huge plus when traveling a distance in this vehicle.

I got this for my mother in law who isnt very texh savvy. Thankfully it is easy enough for her to use. You plug it in and essentially just connect Bluetooth. Its small which she loves because some of these are so bulky and take up too much space. Its connected to her iPhone as well as my Samsung phone
