Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
1. Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to most countries worldwide, with an estimated delivery time of 5–15 days, depending on the destination. In most cases, this free shipping option is tax-included (duties prepaid). However, due to customs regulations in certain countries, there may be rare instances where the recipient is required to pay customs duties upon delivery.
For destinations where tax-included shipping is not available, the checkout page will only display express delivery options.
In some exceptional cases (e.g., countries in conflict zones), shipping may not be possible.

2. Premium Shipping ($32)
For faster delivery, we offer premium express shipping for $32, with an average delivery time of 5–7 days using trusted carriers such as DHL or FedEx.

Express shipments will always incur customs duties. These duties are determined solely by your local customs authority, and we cannot estimate the amount in advance.

If you are unfamiliar with your country’s customs policies or do not wish to pay additional duties, we recommend selecting our tax-included shipping option instead.

3. EU Tax-Included Express (5–10 Days) – Free Upgrade
For select European countries, we now offer a free upgrade to our EU Tax-Included Express shipping service. This option ensures faster delivery (5–10 days) with all customs duties and taxes prepaid — no extra fees upon delivery.

Order Cancellation
Once a tracking number is issued and your order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify the shipment.
Tracking Your Order
To easily track your order, create an account on our website. You can track your parcel via 17Track. Tracking information may take 1-3 days to appear.
Taxes, Duties, and Customs
Customs duties or import taxes may apply when your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. While we try to minimize these costs by declaring a lower package value, some fees may still be charged.
Customs Clearance: The recipient must cooperate with customs authorities, providing any necessary documentation for clearance. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned or destroyed, at the customer’s expense. Customers, especially in South America, should ensure you understand and can fulfill local customs requirements to avoid delays.
Shipping Delays
We strive to keep you informed about any significant delays due to unforeseen events like weather conditions or strikes. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will work to provide a replacement or compensation.
Package Retrieval & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is reported as delivered but is not retrieved or secured properly by the customer, resulting in loss, we cannot offer re-delivery or a refund. Please ensure the package can be safely received.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct details. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. If the package is not claimed or returned due to your failure to cooperate, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
