Want to personalize your MT23 Android 14 Motorcycle Screen? You can easily replace the default boot logo with your own custom image—whether it’s your favorite photo, brand logo, or unique design. In this step-by-step guide, we’ll show you how to set a custom startup logo using a TF card.
Planning to purchase an MT23 and want a custom logo?
We highly recommend sending your desired boot logo to our customer support email support@linkifun.com after placing your order. This way, we can pre-install the logo for you and provide a preview before shipping, helping you avoid potential issues like device failure caused by flashing errors during manual installation.
🔧 What You’ll Need:
-
A TF (microSD) card, formatted to FAT32
-
A custom logo image with the correct resolution and color depth
-
Your MT23 Android 14 Motorcycle Screen
-
A Type-C power source (USB charger or power bank)
⚠️ Important Note:
Before starting, make sure your TF card is formatted in FAT32 format. This is essential for the device to recognize and apply the new logo file.
(See example image below for how to check the format on your computer.)

Step 1: Prepare Your Logo File
-
Choose or create a logo image you want to use.
-
Make sure the image resolution is exactly 720 × 1440 pixels.
-
The color depth of the image must be 8-bit.
-
Save the file in BMP format and ensure it displays in the correct vertical orientation on your computer as below.
Final Tip:
Your boot logo can be any color or image you like—a brand logo, personal photo, or anything you love.
If you’re unsure how to format the image correctly, send your logo or image to our support team at support@linkifun.com. We’ll help you adjust the file so you can use it on your TF card.
Step 2: Rename and Save the Logo File
-
Copy your prepared logo image to the root directory of the TF card.
-
Rename the image file exactly as:
logo.bmp
-
Make sure there are no other files named
logo.bmp
in the same directory.
Step 3: Insert the TF Card and Power On
-
With the MT23 powered off, insert the TF card into the TF card slot on the device.
-
To ensure stable voltage during the logo flashing process, it's best to power on the device directly on your motorcycle. (While the video shows the operation using a wall outlet with a Type-C cable, based on our experience, household adapters vary in specifications. Some may have unstable current output, which can cause the device to freeze during the flashing process and result in failure to boot afterward.)
-
Once the screen turns on, you will see a line of code appear on the screen—this indicates that the device is reading the new logo file and applying it.
-
After a few moments, the system will reboot and display your new custom boot logo.
-
Please note: After the device successfully flashes the logo, do not power it off immediately. Wait until the device automatically reboots and fully enters the system. At that point, remove the TF card first, then disconnect the power. This ensures that the logo flashing process won’t repeat the next time you turn on the device, avoiding potential issues.
✅ You’re Done!
Your MT23 motorcycle screen will now display your custom logo every time it boots up. It’s a small change that adds a personal touch to your ride.
