GT7H – How to Capture the Logs?

When troubleshooting an issue with your GT7H device, capturing logs can greatly assist our engineering team in diagnosing and resolving the problem efficiently. Below is a simple step-by-step guide to help you capture the necessary logs.

How to Capture the Logs:

Step 1: Reproduce the Issue

Use your GT7H device in your vehicle as you normally would, and wait until the issue occurs again. This step ensures that the relevant data is recorded.

Step 2: Insert a TF Card

After the issue has occurred, insert a TF (microSD) card into the device. Wait approximately 20 seconds, then remove the TF card.

Step 3: Locate the Log File

Once the TF card is removed, it will contain a folder named “X15_Log.zip”. This file includes the captured logs.

Step 4: Send the Logs

Please email the “X15_Log.zip” file to us so that our engineers can begin analyzing the data.

⚠️ Note:
Our engineering team typically requires 1–5 business days to review the logs and identify the issue. We will keep you updated with their findings as soon as they become available.
