How to Upload Your Device Logs on RGB

Step 1: Prepare for the Upgrade

Before beginning, ensure your device is not connected to your car’s original Carplay interface. Instead, find an alternative USB port—such as one on your laptop or a power bank—that you can use to power the device during the update.

Step 2: Connect to the Device’s Hotspot

1. Activate the device’s hotspot. The hotspot name and the Bluetooth name are identical, with the default password usually being 88888888.
2. Connect your phone to this hotspot. Navigate to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and select the device’s network, just as you would with any Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Access the Firmware Upgrade Interface

1. Open a web browser on your connected phone.
2. Enter `192.168.2.1` in the browser’s address bar and press Enter to access the device’s admin panel.

Step 4: Provide Error Feedback

1. In the admin panel, there is an option labeled "Error Feedback."
2. On the feedback page, enter your car's brand, model, and year of manufacture.
3. Describe the issue you are encountering.
4. Click submit.

After submitting, take a screenshot of the page and email it to us support@linkifun.com. This way, we can inform the engineer to retrieve your logs and help resolve the problem.
