Linkifun Store – Lunar New Year Holiday Notice (Feb 11–23, 2026)

Thank you for contacting Linkifun Store. Please note that our office will be closed for the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday from February 11 to February 23, 2026. Normal operations will resume on February 24, 2026.

During the holiday period, we will continue to provide limited support. Please review the important information below regarding orders, shipping, and customer service.


1. Orders & Shipping

Orders can still be placed during the holiday. Shipping arrangements are as follows:

  • CarPlay / Android Auto adapters (such as GT6 Pro, GT8D, etc.):
    Orders placed with free shipping will continue to ship as normal.
    Express shipping options will resume after February 24, as our partner courier services will be on holiday.

  • Motorcycle navigation screens:
    Due to specialized protective packaging and dedicated shipping channels required to prevent damage during transit, all motorcycle screen orders will be shipped after February 24.


2. After-Sales Support

During the holiday, our engineering team will be on break.

  • For simple after-sales inquiries, our customer service team will be available with daily rotating support.

  • For issues that require engineering assistance, cases will be handled after February 24.
    Our support team will inform you of the expected processing time by email.

To help us assist you efficiently, please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Product model

  • Vehicle model and year

  • Phone model

  • A short video clearly showing the issue


3. Pre-Sales Support

For basic product selection or compatibility questions, a limited number of staff will be available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during the holiday period.


4. Logistics & Tracking Inquiries

  • Detailed logistics inquiries with our shipping agents can be processed after February 24.

  • If your package is already in transit and tracking shows normal movement, we kindly ask for your patience.
    Most international deliveries arrive within 12–15 business days.

  • If tracking information is available on our website, you may also contact your local courier directly for faster updates.


We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this holiday period. Any delays are not intentional, and all messages and orders will be prioritized immediately once we resume full operations.
