Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated?

After receiving your tracking number and carrier details, please allow 2–3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status. If no updates appear after 8 days, feel free to contact us at support@linkifun.com, and we will help investigate the situation.

If you selected our Free Shipping option, please note that we typically ship via a tax-included logistics channel, which involves two shipping stages:

  1. The first leg of the shipment is handled by a Chinese logistics provider up until customs clearance in your destination country.

  2. After customs clearance, the package is transferred to a local delivery service for final delivery.

During the pre-clearance stage, tracking updates may not appear on your local carrier’s website, as the package is still under the international carrier’s system. In this case, if your tracking hasn’t updated for 7–8 days, please don’t worry — just contact us at support@linkifun.com, and we can assist by checking the internal logistics system for updates. This may include information like whether the flight has departed, whether the parcel is waiting at customs, or if it’s pending pick-up by the local courier.

Once your package clears customs, tracking should begin updating via your local delivery provider. If you notice there’s no update for an extended period after customs clearance, we recommend contacting the last-mile delivery carrier directly, as they are best positioned to provide real-time updates or arrange redelivery. We can provide the name and contact details of the local carrier upon request.

In cases where contacting the local carrier yourself is not possible, we’re happy to assist you by submitting a formal inquiry on your behalf. However, please note that investigations with local carriers can take 3–5 business days to receive a response.
