The customer service team are great and quick to help resolve any issues. I had a faulty unit (Linkifun? GT7H Android 13 Smart AI Box Wireless), it couldn't connect to Apple Carplay. Even after the engineers sending me different OS updates. Since all the possible solutions couldn't fix the problem, you guys were kind enough to send me a replacement. I can say, I'm extremely happy with the new unit; it works great and very happy with the service and support. "Linkifun is a great company to shop with". Thank you :)
